Breathe In, Breathe Out

Life is about to get fuller.  I've slowed down a bit, as of yesterday to get ready for baby.  I love the floating beauties above.   Geronimo balloon-troopers have me in a frenzy to want to celebrate life.   Aren't they fun?  100 Layer Cake is having a pop up sale on their splendidness until Friday.  Check it out!

Sharon Taylor Designs: Blog Love

Here is one of the final photos of the nursery I designed and just completed. I am so honored to say that the nursery was featured on several of my most favorite blogs. You can see a story on Project Nursery or Little Luna Lu, and Plush Palate. Everyone has been so incredibly nice about the end result.

AND on a little side note, not only is the nursery featured on Project Nursery's blog, it actually soared to the top ranking nursery in their gallery in less than 48 hours. With all this talk of things in the water, I have to tell you that I am so excited for Susanna Salk's book, Room for Children, which hits books stores today!

It's a reality design show featuring Robert and Cortney Novogratz, of Sixx Design, and their seven beautiful children who renovate some really killer properties in large urban cities! So inspiring!! Little Lunalu

Hey, moms of little ones...What are your favorite kid/baby sites? Nursery Decor blogs? Do share.

I love the adorable and stylishly hip Little Lunalu. I saw this picture of a little hamburger joint over on her blog...It's in the UK, where the mom/author lives and operates her own little shop. I think T'would be so fun to sip a milkshake while sitting on one of those barstools. Don't you?

Little Lunalu has asked me to share the finished nursery I've been working on. I will hopefully be wrapping that up in the upcoming weeks. Meanwhile, I'm busy planning for Easter Tablescapes, and Kid's tables for all of the upcoming spring weddings I've got going on. I've decided to create a "BE LOUD" table for the little ones. Doing the Dont's, I know.
